My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, with a large balcony and great facilities, and the view of the Pacific was stunning. A few minor things needed fixing, but overall, the room was spacious, clean, and perfectly adequate. The location, although not great in terms of nearby dining options, was excellent for capturing beautiful seaside pictures and avoiding extra travel time to more touristy spots in Viña del Mar.
